Pink Fluorescent Leak Detection Powder is a versatile, general-purpose tracer for identifying leaks in baghouses, cartridge collectors, and other industrial dust collection systems. Pink is suitable across a broad range of industries when it provides sufficient contrast with the process dust, making it a practical choice for initial inspections and baseline leak testing.

When introduced into the dirty-air stream, pink fluorescent powder travels with the airflow through the collector. If damaged filter media, improper filter seating, compromised seals, or other openings allow material to pass to the clean side, technicians can use appropriate UV lighting to locate the fluorescent tracer and investigate the source of the bypass.

Pink can also serve as a useful starting color in facilities that conduct leak testing on a recurring basis. After an initial pink test, a contrasting color can be selected for a later inspection to help distinguish new tracer from fluorescent residue remaining from the previous test. Each case contains four 5-lb pails for a total of 20 lb.
