Red Fluorescent Leak Detection Powder provides a distinctive tracer color for identifying leaks and dust bypass in baghouses and industrial dust collection systems. In addition to general leak detection, red is a useful option for facilities that conduct recurring inspections and need an alternative fluorescent color to the one used during an earlier test.

Alternating fluorescent colors can be valuable because tracer residue may remain inside a collector following an inspection. Using red after a test performed with another color can make it easier for maintenance personnel to distinguish tracer associated with the current test from material remaining from previous maintenance. This makes red particularly useful for follow-up inspections and recurring leak-detection programs, as it provides adequate contrast against process dust.
